In this day and age of high tech information systems, readily available support services are critical for the continued success of any computer information system. HandiCare is Handicomp’s dedicated support service for Micro$ale users by our experienced and skilled support staff. It is our mission to provide accurate and timely information to satisfy all computer information needs. It is also our goal is to educate users so they may realize the full potential of the application and system software they use. It is with these objectives in mind that we present our HandiCare program.

System Training

On-site training provides for a Handicomp Support Technician to travel to location to help install systems and train user staff on how to best use the computer system. In-house training is available for users who wish to be trained away from the hustle and bustle of their location. And, telephone training is available for those who may require a brush up training, for example for new personnel.
 

Data Entry — Menu Programming

Configuring first menus can be a time consuming task for those without experience. Handicomp’s initial menu programming gets your restaurant up and running quickly and gives you the time to learn the system before you take over your menu programming responsibilities.
 

Telephone Support

Toll free support is available to you and your staff. The HandiCare Annual Software Service Program guarantees one hour guaranteed response time during regular business hours is a service that can’t be matched.
 

Pricing

HandiCare pricing is system dependent. For larger systems the price is higher and for smaller systems the price is lower. However, no matter what size the system HandiCare delivers value.
